Do I need to book both sessions now?
Yes — enrolling covers both sessions. After payment you'll receive instructions to schedule Session 1 at a time that suits you. Session 2 is booked once your tests (if any) are ready to review. There's no pressure to rush.
What if I can't afford the tests right now?
That's completely fine. Testing is optional and entirely in your control. We'll discuss which tests would be most useful and prioritize based on your budget. Many people gain significant value from Session 1 alone, and we can phase any investigations over time.
How long until I see results?
You'll leave Session 1 with clarity about your next steps. If investigations are needed, Session 2 typically follows within 4–8 weeks depending on how quickly you receive your test results. Many people report feeling clearer and more in control from the very first session.
Is this covered by insurance?
This varies depending on your insurer and policy. We recommend checking with your provider directly. We can provide a receipt and summary documentation that you may be able to submit to your insurer. The consultation fee itself is a fixed private fee of £149.
What if you find something concerning?
Your safety is the priority. If anything is identified that requires urgent attention, I will advise you to seek the appropriate level of care immediately — whether that's your NHS GP, A&E, or a specialist. This consultation is designed for people who are generally well, and I will always act in your best clinical interest.
